At the pre inspection stage we will identify and mark up elevations of the building which allows our partners to understand at what height we need to be and what equipment is required in order to open up the sample points safely. From the ground we have equipment which will take us to 45 storeys and for some assessments we also use abseiling specialists.

We take care to ensure that whilst our objective is to produce a report on the suitability of the external walls, we also need to put the building back how we found it.
